About the Role

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking an Event Specialist to join its Event Management team. This full-time position, based in Jeddah within the Makkah region, is offered under the Tamheer Program, designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to gain practical skills in event management.

Role Overview

The Event Specialist will develop hands-on experience in managing events from inception to completion. This role involves supporting and progressively leading small-to-medium scale events, contributing to all phases of event execution and post-event activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and purchase order (PO) follow-ups.
• Support or lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. This individual should be eager to take ownership of events and contribute effectively to the team.

Required Qualifications and Program Eligibility

• Must meet all requirements for the Tamheer program.
• Resident in Jeddah.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Not registered in GOSI during the last six months.
