Executive Sous Chef

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves assisting in the direction and administration of all culinary operations within the hotel, focusing on delivering high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations, including meal preparation and production, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, cost controls, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director to develop and implement menu selections across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Engage with guests and clients to gather feedback, identify trends, and support the Executive Chef in enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Assist in managing and refining kitchen systems, processes, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the culinary team through recruitment, coaching, training, and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in culinary operations, preferably within a hotel environment. The position requires a professional who can manage complex kitchen operations and lead a team effectively.

Work Environment
