Sales Representative

• Daily visits to new clients (both corporate and individual) to introduce services and products.
• Follow up on existing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide customized floral solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and agreed-upon KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and preferences and communicate feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order deliveries and provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clients.
• Good organizational skills to manage orders and follow-ups.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment (field/retail).
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of floral products and gifting trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Jeddah with a clear customer service orientation.
• A valid driving license is preferred with the readiness to visit clients daily (as per the operational system).

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Saudi market, particularly in the Western Region.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance sales processes and presentations.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT, Software, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong existing network in the Saudi market.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Possession of a car and willingness to travel occasionally outside of Jeddah.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
