About the Role

Florose is seeking a Finance Manager – E-Commerce to lead the company's financial management, planning, analysis, and performance management activities. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, is responsible for transforming financial, commercial, and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, sustainable growth, profitability, and return on invested capital. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function, establishing financial priorities, plans, and frameworks aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Accounting Manager, ensuring integration between accounting, financial planning, and business performance management.
  • Develop financial policies and decision-making processes to support efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide executive management with high-quality financial reports, analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated financial model linking sales, marketing, inventory, operating costs, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic financial forecasts based on performance and market conditions.
  • Analyze performance against budget, actuals, and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.
  • Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support decisions related to growth, expansion, investment, pricing, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity management, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and growth.
  • Optimize working capital through effective management of inventory, payables, and receivables.
  • Analyze financial performance across e-commerce channels, platforms, and marketplaces, including revenue, sales, and profitability.
  • Develop and analyze Unit Economics, Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to Marketing and E-Commerce teams, evaluating marketing efficiency and its impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of discounts, promotional campaigns, and commercial activities.
  • Support pricing decisions through cost, margin, profitability, and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze product profitability and provide recommendations for performance improvement across products, categories, and channels.
  • Support new product, brand, channel, and business initiative decisions through financial analysis and business cases.
  • Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and slow-moving inventory, partnering with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimize working capital.
  • Prepare monthly Management Reporting Packs and develop financial and executive dashboards.
  • Integrate financial, operational, commercial, and marketing data to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
  • Prepare financial models and business cases for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze financial risks related to growth, pricing, inventory, liquidity, and marketing investment.
  • Support the development of company financial objectives and KPIs, monitoring performance against agreed targets.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant finance role.
  • Proven ability to lead financial management, planning, analysis, and performance management activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic finance business partner to various functions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, focusing on leading financial strategy within an e-commerce environment.
