Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Tasks:
    • Accurately record daily financial transactions.
    • Monitor expenses and revenues related to real estate projects.
    • Prepare periodic financial and administrative reports.
    • Follow up on invoices, advances, and operational expenses.
    • Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring deviations.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Organize financial and administrative files and records.
    • Coordinate with various departments (Sales - Projects - Administration).
    • Follow up on daily administrative procedures related to financial work.
    • Support management in follow-up and reporting.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years of practical experience in accounting.
  • Previous experience in real estate development or contracting companies is an additional advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and accounting systems.
  • The ability to organize work and handle daily task pressure.
  • High accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
