Job Announcement: Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Jeddah

Job Type: Full-time

At Midwam, we craft immersive experiences that merge storytelling, design, and technology. We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with strong expertise in motion design, video editing, and graphic design. This role requires creative leadership, advanced technical skill, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motion Graphics
    • Lead the conceptualization, design, and animation of high-quality motion graphics for events, activations, and immersive experiences.
    • Animate vector-based graphics and illustrations (Adobe Illustrator).
    • Develop large-scale projection and screen-based content across multiple formats and resolutions.
    • Collaborate with creative/technical teams and ensure motion assets integrate seamlessly.
  • Video Editing
    • Oversee video editing for campaigns, events, and promotional content.
    • Apply advanced color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
    • Supervise asset organization, workflows, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Graphic Design
    • Guide the creation of creative visual concepts for immersive experiences, marketing, and digital platforms.
    • Design and review UX/UI assets for interactive applications (screens & mobile).
    • Ensure brand identity is consistently adapted across print, digital, and interactive touchpoints.
    • Produce and approve static design assets supporting motion and video deliverables.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, and design.
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles & visual storytelling.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and creating assets optimized for multiple devices.
  • Proven experience in large-scale events, immersive experiences, or interactive platforms.
  • Portfolio showcasing advanced motion graphics, creative direction, and branding.
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers.
