Role Summary

SHURFAT REAL STATE DEVELOPMENT is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual design and branding efforts for the company. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design and branding initiatives.
• Design marketing and promotional materials for digital and print channels.
• Create visual concepts for property launches.
• Develop brand assets that support project campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate project briefs into compelling visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across presentations, brochures, social media, and signage.
• Oversee design quality for all outputs.
• Provide guidance to junior designers or external vendors.
• Manage multiple design projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual identity.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to create visually impactful materials, preferably for real estate or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content, ideally for property or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within a collaborative team environment.
