Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports and sharing information about the local area.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
