Role Overview

The Healthcare Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the healthcare industry. This involves identifying key opportunities, building strong client relationships, and conducting market research to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the KSA healthcare industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in sales within the healthcare sector, specifically with cybersecurity solutions, is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with business activities also covering Riyadh. The role requires active engagement with healthcare clients across these regions.
