Role Overview

The HSE Section Head is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems. This role ensures operational compliance with regulations and promotes best practices to safeguard personnel, assets, and the environment across all company activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Develop and maintain robust emergency response plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree or higher diploma is required.
• Candidates must possess 10+ years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Previous experience within the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry is essential for this position.
