Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

Exsab Investment Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in human resources. The specialist will be instrumental in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing employee records and ensuring their accuracy.
• Assisting with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
• Coordinating performance review processes.
• Supporting employee relations and addressing related inquiries.
• Administering employee benefits programs.
• Helping implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.
• Collaborating effectively with managers and team members.
• Responding to various HR-related inquiries from staff.
• Providing guidance on HR standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Must be currently residing in Jeddah.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent command of Arabic and good proficiency in English.

Work Location
