Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Verification: Generate and review store-wise negative stock reports, ensuring accurate adjustments and identifying discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock inflow and outflow, conduct cycle counts, and manage all transfers and entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Store Operations: Facilitate stock movement during store closures, manage out-of-stock situations, and track quality issue stocks, ensuring effective returns to the warehouse.
  • Damage Control: Regularly collect damage reports, process write-offs, and manage the lifecycle of non-saleable items to optimize inventory performance.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail apparel sector.
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and data interpretation.
  • Attention to detail in record-keeping and inventory adjustments.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree or diploma.
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail inventory control.
  • Experience in the sports/consumer goods industry.
