Role Overview

The Junior Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets. This is accomplished through providing excellent customer service, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and actively promoting products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure product knowledge is current and comprehensive.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints and follow up with both potential and existing customers.
• Comply with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulations.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support product and service improvement initiatives.
