The Role: Key Account Manager

Elite Fancy Food Co. is seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves managing and growing relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and retention across the company’s diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Developing comprehensive account plans.
Negotiating terms with key customers.
Tracking and analyzing sales performance.
Identifying opportunities to expand product placements and revenue streams.
Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate forecasting, and effective promotion execution.
Monitoring market trends and competitive activities.
Analyzing customer data to inform strategies.
Preparing regular reports on account status and performance.
Supporting strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Elite Fancy Food Co.’s position with key accounts.

Work Environment
