• Oversee training and performance evaluations for team members.
• Identify and recommend updates to customer service procedures.
• Manage daily workflow of the customer service team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in management within the water sector.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and promote assigned electronics products (*, smartphones, appliances, gadgets).
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
• Actively support sales staff in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, and update point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales supervisor/brand manager.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Work Schedule: 6 days per week (1 Day off) with rotational shifts.
