Guthmi Group is seeking a Luxury Atelier Sales Associate to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in a relevant luxury setting. The role focuses on delivering client service, managing operations, and representing the brand within a prestigious atelier environment.

Role Summary

The Luxury Atelier Sales Associate will operate within a luxury showroom, driving client service and brand representation. This position requires a strong understanding of fabrics, an established network of top-tier partners, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, interior designers, and high-profile clients. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic work environment and have opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom operations to ensure an inviting and on-brand experience for clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier partners, suppliers, and interior designers to facilitate product flow and collaborations.
  • Oversee fabric sourcing, selection, and presentation, ensuring swatch libraries and displays reflect current collections and trends.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners, secure favorable terms, and monitor delivery timelines and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to support high-end client briefs, including bespoke and customization requests.
  • Develop and implement client outreach strategies for both Arabic and English-speaking clientele to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to maintain a premium showroom aesthetic consistent with brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in a showroom, retail, or luxury textiles/fashion environment, with hands-on fabric knowledge.
  • Strong network with top-tier partners, suppliers, and interior designers, demonstrating an ability to manage complex collaborations.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and delivering personalized, high-touch service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills; confident decision-maker with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and commitment to maintaining brand integrity and exceptional customer experiences.
