About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Manager Global Markets Sales to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing and developing treasury sales activities by leading the treasury products sales team for assigned client portfolios. The primary objective is to ensure all client treasury needs are serviced effectively, maximizing returns within defined risk parameters and in line with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate relationships and achieve sales and revenue targets by providing diversified treasury services and products.
• Acquire new clients and broaden existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client service including timely replies, appropriate pricing, and suitable products.
• Collaborate with business partners on customer wallet sizing and setting sales targets to maximize revenues.
• Supervise the proper and effective recording of trades in the system to ensure timely deal processing within approved policies.
• Work with various departments to sell and cross-sell treasury services, contributing to overall treasury budgets.
• Solicit marketing structured solutions, including Interest Rate Swaps, FX Derivatives, spot, and forwards, to meet business objectives and close trades within approved limits.
• Manage the offering of treasury products and services to assigned clients, aligning with their portfolio and status to maximize bank profit.
• Conduct documentation and acquire necessary approvals for timely deal processing, performing suitability and risk analysis.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Implement all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Adhere to the Bank’s AML/CTF policy, guidelines, and all SAMA regulations related to account opening, KYC, and Customer Due Diligence.
• Comply with the Bank’s Cyber Security policies and all SAMA regulations, supporting SNB in meeting internal, national, and international Cyber Security controls.
• Manage service level agreements and all related treasury risks to ensure dealing occurs in a controlled and compliant manner, adhering to service quality standards and the dealer code of conduct.

Client Relationship and Market Insight

• Assist clients with suitable hedging solutions through thorough assessment and understanding of their requirements.
• Conduct consistent meetings with clients to acquire new treasury relationships, broaden existing ones, and identify business development opportunities.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate market developments and insights into currency and commodity movements to support their decision-making.
• Manage the relationship between SNB treasury and corporate banking by establishing active business relations with clients, aiming to become the bank of choice for treasury services.

Team Leadership and Development

• Manage and evaluate employee performance, providing continuous feedback on assigned targets.
• Provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this full-time position.
