Marketing Brand Manager

About the Role

Guerlain is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to develop and execute the local marketing strategy for the brand across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Jeddah and Makkah, ensures alignment with regional and global brand vision. The manager will lead 360° marketing campaigns, product launches, media activations, retail animations, influencer partnerships, CRM initiatives, and client engagement strategies to drive brand desirability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Saudi market, aligning with regional and global objectives.
• Adapt international campaigns to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage the execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on business results and market insights.
• Collaborate with retail and commercial teams to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
• Define and develop annual retail marketing and wholesale trade marketing plans in collaboration with local commercial and regional trade marketing teams.
• Ensure strong in-store execution across all Guerlain counters and boutiques, coordinating with Visual Merchandising.
• Uphold and implement regional PR guidelines locally, supporting press and influencer activities as needed.
• Ensure correct asset selection and implementation across paid and social media channels, adhering to regional guidelines.
• Partner with the CRM team to implement and utilize CRM tools and initiatives, supporting clientelling and VIC experiences.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget (media, PR, trade), monitoring expenditures and ensuring optimal ROI.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Retail, Commercial, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Regional Marketing.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured against sales and market share objectives, successful execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, brand awareness and engagement growth, ROI on marketing investments, retail activation performance, CRM and client acquisition results, event execution excellence, budget management and compliance, and the strength of influencer and media partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years of marketing experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, or premium retail.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with retailers and distributors in the Saudi market.
• Luxury brand experience is highly preferred.
