Role Purpose

The Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in various marketing activities, including market research, content creation, digital and traditional marketing efforts, and performance analysis. The primary objective is to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the strategic goals of Fakeeh Care Group, contributing to its growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of marketing plans aligned with Fakeeh Care Group's objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data, trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, write, and edit marketing content for diverse channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring brand messaging consistency.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and timely execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and oversee the social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities to ensure effective brand engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns and materials.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics like engagement, ROI, and lead generation, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and overall identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including tracking project progress, managing budgets, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate regular updates to Fakeeh Care Group websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
• Manage and coordinate internal communication announcements and signage across Fakeeh Care Group entities.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
