Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive bookings through our online hotel reservation website.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored for the online hotel reservation platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community to promote hotel offerings.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract more customers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (*, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
