The Impact You'll Make:
In this role, you are not just executing tasks; you are powering the engine of our marketing department. You will be the crucial link between our brand strategy and its real-world execution in the Saudi market—managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring our products win both online and on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive 360° Campaigns: Execute daily marketing operations—from briefs and launch plans to performance reports—ensuring flawless execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Master Digital & Social Channels: Monitor, analyze, and help optimize our paid advertising campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google to drive ROI and sales velocity.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Conduct product and market research, analyze consumer behavior, and use data to uncover the "why behind the buy" in the Saudi market.
  • Power Our Trade & Sales Teams: Support trade marketing with data-driven sell-in materials, compelling content, and performance reports that help secure listings and promotions with key accounts, and conduct market visits.
  • Bring Products to Life: Assist in the end-to-end process of packaging development and successful product launches, understanding the critical need for on-shelf standout.
  • Be the Central Hub: Coordinate with digital agencies on SEO, social, and web initiatives while facilitating seamless internal communication between Sales, Supply Chain, and Creative teams.
  • Research and Analytics: Conduct needed market research and competitor analysis in order to understand market benchmarks and industry trends and practices.

What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms and a curiosity for how online activity drives offline purchases.
  • A data-native mindset; experience with performance dashboards is a must.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple fast-paced projects, from campaign launches to new product introductions.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales and supply chain teams.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for understanding shopper psychology and market trends.
