Your Role: As a proactive Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be the strategic engine of our marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the Art Director, your responsibilities include:
  • Strategy Translation: Convert high-level strategies into actionable marketing plans.
  • Content Ecosystem: Own the content calendar from ideation to publishing.
  • Creative Collaboration: Provide clear briefs for visual assets.
  • Persuasive Copywriting: Craft compelling marketing copy and ad scripts.
  • Platform Management: Oversee social media channels and ensure brand consistency.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.

Who We Are Looking For: We seek candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Content Management (Retail or E-commerce experience is a plus). You should be highly organized, possess a creative vision, demonstrate exceptional Arabic copywriting skills, and have a deep understanding of social media algorithms for maximum engagement.
