Marketing Supervisor

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Marketing Supervisor for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role focuses on promoting brand awareness, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, and maintaining guest loyalty. The supervisor will engage with potential owners to facilitate preview package sales and tours for Marriott vacation club properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote internal and external awareness of the brand image.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package sales/tours.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect guest and coworker privacy.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.
