Medical Representative

About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role serves as a crucial link between the company and healthcare professionals, focusing on increasing awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products. The Medical Representative will engage in sales and marketing activities, including field operations, to promote a defined set of products to customers and key accounts, working under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated sales targets and activities, and assess performance against established goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, by organizing appointments and events to promote product prescription, dispensing, and usage to meet sales targets.
• Enhance awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information on healthcare professionals and institutions, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, and provide timely reporting and feedback, while monitoring competitor activities and products.
• Monitor and review Hikma products' market performance through client responses and other indicators, identifying new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reports for the supervisor/manager as requested, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with company rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science (** in Pharmacy.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
