The Role of MIS Specialist

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking an MIS Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves providing technical and administrative support for MIS functions, focusing on financial reporting, database management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance to MIS Finance in preparing financial reports.
2. Prepare and manage databases for PowerBI dashboards and financial reports.
3. Organize and facilitate meetings and training for MIS Team activities, including workshops.
4. Track all MIS team activities and priorities.
5. Secure information for MIS documentation and provide support for smooth operation and easy system maintenance.
6. Generate SAP COPA financial reports and provide required analysis.
7. Provide administrative support for MIS tools supported by ALJ IT, including maintaining the inventory of tools and documentation library.
8. Take notes and track all action items for meetings and other stakeholders.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
10. Follow up on KPI & MIS related activities/issues to meet agreed timelines with all stakeholders.
11. Follow up on ALJID, ALJR, ALJAW progress to meet management requirements.
12. Introduce Kaizen ideas and "Know-How" to improve KPI & MIS functions.
13. Research and develop new designs for MIS presentations and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the MIS Specialist position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing financial data and reporting tools.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment, supporting various MIS functions across the organization.
