Network & IT Support Engineer

About the Role

Esnad Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Network & IT Support Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on maintaining network infrastructure and providing technical support across company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
• Maintain IT equipment, security standards, and technical documentation.
• Support daily IT operations across company locations.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching.
• Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Wireless Access Points.
• Knowledge of Point-to-Point (PtP) and Microwave Wireless Links.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Grandstream PBX, IP Phones & VoIP.
• Skills in VPN, Network Security & IT Troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Makkah region. The successful candidate will work as part of the Esnad Co. Ltd. team, contributing to the daily IT operations and network stability.
