Role Summary: Occupational Health Physician

Al Farabi Med is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to manage and oversee employee health within its operations. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment through proactive health management and clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the health of employees.
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
• Evaluate fitness for work.
• Identify workplace health risks and advise on preventive measures.
• Collaborate with management to implement occupational health policies and programs.
• Provide clinical care for work-related conditions.
• Coordinate referrals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate employees on health promotion.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and healthy work environments.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience.

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is a full-time, on-site role, requiring the physician to be present at the company's facilities. The primary base for this role is Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
