Operator Bundling

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking an Operator, Bundling to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves ensuring the smooth operation of bundling processes, maintaining equipment, and reporting any issues to the Shift In-charge. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquire with the previous shift Roller regarding mill conditions and any job-related problems.
• Check and clean hand tools, ensuring they are free from oil and grease.
• Report any damaged or missing tools to the Shift In-charge.
• Check measuring devices for damage and calibration due dates.
• Ensure the availability of spares such as water and lubrication hoses, C-clamps, and clamp fastening bolts and nuts. Inform the Shift In-charge if any are missing.
• Ensure spare guides are available on the shop floor.
• Check roll cooling water for sufficient flow and any nozzle blockages.
• Check and tighten guides if they are loose.
• Inform the Shift In-charge about any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail for equipment checks and maintenance.

Career Progression

After completing an 18-month preparation period, individuals who effectively handle job responsibilities and receive a department recommendation may be promoted to Senior Intermediate Roller, subject to organizational chart vacancies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring on-site presence to manage bundling operations and equipment maintenance.
