Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of job descriptions and titles to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational needs, enhancing clarity and effectiveness in recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement job grading systems that accurately reflect employee contributions and support fair compensation practices across the organization.
