About the Role

Vault Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Management Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness through robust HR practices.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the organization’s performance management processes, support employee development initiatives, and ensure effective performance, behavioral, and disciplinary management. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Performance Management Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, calibration sessions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Monitor performance review timelines and ensure timely completion across all departments.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
  • Identify competency gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives to improve employee performance.
  • Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and support succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, and constructive feedback.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that promote accountability, high performance, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Continuously review and improve performance management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Manage employee relations matters related to performance and workplace conduct.
  • Conduct administrative investigations into employee misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and disciplinary cases, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Prepare investigation reports, document findings, and recommend appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.
  • Draft and issue verbal, written, and final warning letters, ensuring proper documentation and consistency in disciplinary practices.
  • Support managers in resolving employee performance and behavioral issues through coaching, counseling, and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain confidential employee records related to performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, the Saudi Labor Law, and internal HR procedures.
  • Continuously review and improve employee relations and disciplinary processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance management and employee relations within a Human Resources capacity.
