IN VIBE is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves direct collaboration with an individual, providing essential support and ensuring efficient daily operations within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose and Core Attributes

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support. This position requires a high degree of organization, accuracy, and speed in execution, alongside the flexibility to manage diverse daily tasks effectively and adapt to evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Organize and manage files, documents, and other essential information.
• Coordinate and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle various daily administrative tasks to support efficient operations.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

• Excellent writing and composition skills in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High degree of flexibility regarding working hours and the nature of assigned tasks.
• Willingness to travel when needed, often with short notice.
• Strong commitment to duties, ability to commence work quickly, and professional conduct and appearance.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant capacity. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
