The Role of Pilates Instructor

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and passionate Pilates Instructor to join its team. This full-time role involves delivering safe, engaging, and high-quality Pilates sessions for members across all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping members enhance their strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions, including Reformer, Tower, and Chair.
• Develop class programs that align with SportPlex standards and member needs.
• Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for various fitness levels.
• Instruct proper form, breathing techniques, alignment, and movement precision based on Pilates methodology.
• Cultivate a motivating, inclusive, and client-centered class environment.
• Educate members on safe equipment setup and usage.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes and sessions.
• Report attendance, member feedback, and any safety or equipment concerns.
• Support workshops, events, and promotional fitness activities as required.
• Stay informed about new Pilates techniques and training trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering both mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions.
• Strong understanding of Pilates methodology and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for fitness and member well-being.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
