The Role: 3PL Territory Lead - West

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a 3PL Territory Lead for the West region, based in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new 3PL companies to meet business operational needs.
• Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall performance of 3PL partners.
• Provide operational support to 3PL companies, addressing their issues and obstacles.
• Manage the processing and release of 3PL invoices and payments.
• Drive regional operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence, balancing supply and demand effectively.
• Analyze future operational needs to proactively activate requirements in a timely manner.
• Optimize the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process for 3PL company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers to support smooth logistics services across the fleet.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management

• Ensure stakeholder readiness for changes by providing necessary training, workshops, customer and supplier communications, and support within their respective fields.
• Prepare divisions involved in change initiatives for all required adjustments to maintain morale and minimize cultural impact.
• Review change-related issues and propose initiatives to foster a productive work environment.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating the ability to manage 3PL operations and drive operational improvements.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the West territory.
