About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a ******* Integrated Planning HQ to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining and optimizing supply chain planning processes to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain central replenishment at the item/store level to ensure optimal product availability based on established MDQ and forecasted store requirements.
• Manage central product replenishment at the Distribution Center (DC) level, with performance measured by availability.
• Oversee replenishment attributes for products at both DC and store levels, measured by availability metrics.
• Maintain system replenishment parameters by adhering to the correct replenishment process, measured through system health checks.
• Handle the weekly promotional cycle from a planning perspective, including product forecasting, ordering, and allocation to stores, measured by promo availability, leftover stock, and forecast accuracy.
• Control inventory levels to meet defined inventory targets.
• Develop and implement exit plans for overstock, aged, or near-expiry items to balance inventory and achieve negative working capital.
• Conduct analyses to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
• Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports for assigned categories to support informed decision-making.
• Communicate timely volume forecasts with top suppliers to ensure a high vendor service level.
• Evaluate monthly supplier forecasts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Participate in Supply Chain and company projects to achieve business objectives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within the integrated planning headquarters team.
