About the Role

Amadeus is seeking an IT PMO Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and enhancing project governance across all value streams and initiatives. The IT PMO Manager ensures consistency, transparency, and efficiency in project delivery, enabling informed decision-making and secure commitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
  • Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow-up.
  • Ensure process consistency across all value streams and serve as a reference for PMO best practices.
  • Consolidate and track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
  • Provide clear, structured reporting to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability of reporting tools, supporting continuous improvement of reporting standards.
  • Identify cross-stream risks and dependencies, assessing their impact on delivery.
  • Drive mitigation actions and escalation when necessary, anticipating potential delivery issues.
  • Support teams in proactively managing risks and interdependencies across initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Improve tools, templates, and working methods to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Promote project management best practices and contribute to the maturity of the operating model.
  • Act as a change driver by supporting process enhancements and cross-functional alignment.
