About the Role
Henley & Partners, a leading global citizenship and residency advisory firm, is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join their team. This full-time position will be based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with both direct and intermediary clients, focusing on converting leads into successful client cases through exceptional service and expert advisory.
Role Overview
As a Private Client Advisor, you will serve as a key representative of Henley & Partners. Your primary objective is to engage potential clients and partners, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of securing citizenship and residency solutions. This involves delivering a premier onboarding experience and providing world-class advisory services to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients and intermediary partners to promote Henley & Partners' services.
- Conduct research and prepare for meetings with introducers, intermediary partners, and prospective clients.
- Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Qualify prospects and conduct initial due diligence to assess suitability and manage operational risks.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve a strong conversion rate for sales leads into new Henley & Partners clients.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
- Expand the contact database to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and program offerings to engage effectively with prospects.
- Record detailed notes of prospect and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Represent Henley & Partners and its brand positively at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of customer-facing sales experience within the investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment sectors.
- Experience and knowledge related to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) is highly valued.
- Multilingual abilities and specific territorial experience are considered advantageous.
- Full English business proficiency is required, with exceptional communication skills for engaging with industry stakeholders.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
- Strong research and strategic analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for developing tailored solutions.
