We are seeking a Production Supervisor GF to join our full-time team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Production Supervisor GF will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes within our facilities. This role involves coordinating resources, implementing operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines. The supervisor will work closely with various teams to achieve production targets and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation of production manpower and manage associated costs.
• Support the Engineering team in defining equipment specifications and optimizing production flows.
• Participate in decision-making processes for corrective and preventive actions within Production.
• Coordinate, initiate, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement and support the maintenance of productivity and efficiency systems across production lines.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementing effective production processes.
• Assist the research team in the implementation of new products on production lines.
• Coordinate the management of the 3rd party workforce to ensure adherence to performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide assistance in one or more specific production processes as required.

Sustainability and ESG Compliance

This role requires adherence to BRF's Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring compliance with the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities. The supervisor will promote compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and commitments, ensuring alignment between operational actions and sustainable development across the BRF chain. Furthermore, the role involves fostering a culture of sustainability among team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
