Role Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Makkah. This position is responsible for ensuring that all products, beverages, and service processes consistently meet BART’s established quality and safety standards. The role involves conducting routine inspections and collaborating with various teams to implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of ingredients, preparation areas, equipment, and final products to verify compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Document findings and report deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with store and operations teams to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence of quality issues.
• Monitor consistency in product and service quality across all branches.
• Review checklists and records related to quality control.
• Support staff training on quality procedures.
• Provide clear feedback to maintain high standards of quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and refine quality practices as the brand expands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the restaurant or café industry.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety systems.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driving license is preferred.

Work Schedule

This role operates on a shift-based schedule and is not limited to morning shifts.
