Role Summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced RDC Operations Executive to join its Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for a team that manages third-party store operations and ensures the consistent implementation of Amazon policies, including attendance tracking. The role involves motivating, coaching, reporting on, and providing feedback regarding associates’ performance across productivity, quality, and safety to meet or exceed Amazon's operational expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervising store operations.
• Achieve customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets.
• Uphold the safety and morale of the team.
• Drive performance management for team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores.
• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistant or Business Administration.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
