We are Med Market Agency, a leading name in the advertising and creative production industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Consultant to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, ensuring seamless communication between their business needs and our creative production capabilities. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering long-term relationships, and preparing tailored business proposals.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, ensuring seamless communication between their business needs and our creative production capabilities. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering long-term relationships, and preparing tailored business proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive sales plans aimed at attracting new clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare, present, and deliver comprehensive business proposals addressing specific client objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successfully closing deals.
- Conduct ongoing market research to analyze industry trends and emerging business opportunities.
- Leverage your knowledge of marketing and photography to support the sales cycle and collaborate with production and creative teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing fundamentals.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative production agency is preferred.
