Role Purpose and Contribution

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Marketing efforts, facilitating the sales process, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires adherence to company policies and a commitment to service excellence, contributing directly to guest loyalty and brand image. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders throughout the sales cycle.
• Promote internal and external awareness of the brand image.
• Assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-related information (*, commissions, leads, third parties) within relevant software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating via phone and email to address questions and requests.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities/services, including hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
