About the Sales Engineer Role

Qureos is seeking a Sales Engineer (B2B) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on developing, managing, and growing sales opportunities for electrical products. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert sales opportunities into successful projects.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to consultants, contractors, and corporate buyers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Track, manage, and report sales pipeline progress regularly to management.
• Maintain long-term business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend new strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in electrical products, lighting, or power solutions is preferred.
• A strong record of successful project sales and business development achievements.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and clients in the electrical sector is preferred.
• A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
