About the Sales Executive Role
Four Points is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in a sales-related field.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Key responsibilities involve preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. The role also includes promoting brand awareness both internally and externally, gathering materials for information packages, and utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. This position requires entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information within sales software, answering guest inquiries about property facilities and services, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
Core Duties and Tasks
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
- Promote brand image awareness internally and externally.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
- Respond to guest questions regarding property facilities and services.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Professional Conduct and Expectations
Adherence to all company policies and procedures is essential. This includes maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protecting company assets, and ensuring the confidentiality of proprietary information. The role requires welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and expressing genuine appreciation. Effective communication is key, involving speaking clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to concerns are also important aspects of this role. Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards is mandatory.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications are required for this role.
Physical Demands
The role may involve physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Supervisors may also request other reasonable job duties to be performed.
