Job Title: Sales Associate / Sales Consultant

Job Objective:
Support daily operations and achieve excellence in customer service within the showroom, while adhering to company policies, maintaining general cleanliness and good appearance, and achieving sales targets.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain teamwork spirit with team members.

  • Contribute to increasing branch sales by monitoring monthly targets and comparing them to the same period last year.

  • Adhere to official working hours and wear the company-approved uniform.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom at all times.

  • Ensure there are no governmental violations by complying with all operational instructions.

  • Follow up on customer complaints and work to reduce them by providing high-quality service.


Requirements: 

  • Effective communication skills and sales skills 

  • Commitment, good appearance, and team spirit

  • Full-time work (assigned to one of the shifts)

  • ☀️ Morning shift 9 AM - 5 PM

  • 🌙 Evening shift 4 PM - 12 AM

  • You may be required to move between nearby branches

  • Full-time work on a shift basis (assigned to either evening or morning shift)
