The Role of Sales Specialist
Speero is seeking an ambitious Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who possess a passion for technical sales and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the Speero platform's reach and attracting new clients within the car care, maintenance, and automotive workshop sectors. Responsibilities include presenting the system to prospective clients, understanding their operational requirements, and managing the entire sales journey from initial contact through to subscription closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and cultivate professional relationships.
- Conduct introductory presentations and professional demonstrations of the Speero system.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare and submit price quotations and commercial offers.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update client and sales opportunity data within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in virtual meetings and communicate with clients across various channels, with the flexibility for field visits and exhibitions as required.
- Represent Speero professionally, reflecting the company's identity and values.
Experience and Knowledge
- 0-1 years of prior experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in technical systems or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with the automotive sector or service and maintenance centers is preferred.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and conduct meetings effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and achieve set goals.
