In this dynamic role, you will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling our range of Decorative products. You will utilize Jotun’s proven sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships aimed at achieving budgeted sales, gross margin, and increase Jotun's market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products to allocated customers.
  • Execute sales policies and marketing activities supporting business growth.
  • Maintain good relationships with dealers and retailers and provide high-quality service.
  • Ensure profitability by selling high-value products and increasing the retail network.
  • Secure small/medium projects and utilize the distribution network effectively.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English, both verbally and written.

Personal Qualities:
  • Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities.
  • Builds and utilizes a network of contacts to achieve objectives.
