About the Role

Halwani Brothers is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the daily management and development of assigned key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

The Sales Supervisor assists in executing customer plans, monitoring sales performance, coordinating promotions, and ensuring product availability. This position works closely with the Key Account Manager and various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Operations, to drive sales growth and enhance customer service.

Key Account Management and Support

• Support the Key Account Manager in managing day-to-day activities for assigned key e-commerce accounts.
• Follow up on agreed customer plans, commercial activities, and account requirements.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, business reviews, and account performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities, agreements, promotions, and action plans.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely coordination with relevant internal teams.

Sales Performance and Customer Engagement

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance for assigned accounts, preparing regular sales reports and performance updates against targets.
• Track sales by customer, product, category, and SKU, highlighting key variances and supporting the identification of sales opportunities.
• Support the implementation of customer-specific promotions and commercial activities, coordinating with customers and internal teams for execution.
• Follow up on promotional displays, visibility, pricing, and product availability, monitoring performance and preparing post-promotion reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches, tracking market and category trends relevant to assigned accounts.
• Share market observations and competitor information with the Key Account Manager to support sales and customer performance improvement.

Operational Coordination and Reporting

• Monitor product availability and stock levels, following up on customer orders and coordinating with Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams to address issues.
• Escalate recurring out-of-stock situations and support actions to improve product availability and service levels.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, promotion, and pricing records, preparing weekly and monthly account performance reports.
• Support the preparation of sales forecasts and promotional plans, ensuring customer-related documentation is maintained and updated.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Operations to support customer requirements and resolve operational and commercial issues.
• Maintain effective communication between the customer and internal teams, providing regular status updates to the Key Account Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales or key account support role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor sales performance, execute promotional activities, and manage customer accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments and maintaining professional communication with external customer contacts to ensure smooth execution of account plans and support overall business objectives.
