The Role: SAP Ariba Consultant

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support a key client engagement in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This contract position requires strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba and fluency in Arabic. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Deploy Readiness Pack: Confirm configuration, access, catalogs, supplier connectivity, and obtain cutover checklist sign-off.
• Hypercare Runbook: Hand over Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quick guides, and triage workflows to operations.
• Issue/Defect Closure: Ensure ≥95% of P1/P2 issues are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and demonstrate a clear backlog burn-down trend.
• Adoption & Stabilization: Achieve measurable improvements in Purchase Order (PO) cycle time, first-pass invoice match rate, catalog utilization, and user satisfaction scores.
• Weekly Reports: Share status updates, risks, Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards with the Project Management Office (PMO) and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules.
• Fluency in Arabic is required for client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial solutions and support business processes.
• Experience with successful implementation and support of SAP modules.
