Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and student-centered school leader to serve as Principal. The ideal candidate will bring strong instructional leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building a positive and inclusive school culture.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and capable of guiding teachers, supporting students, and partnering with families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school’s academic and operational programs
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
  • Lead professional development and support instructional excellence
  • Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, parents, and the community
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and school improvement efforts
  • Manage school budget, resources, and administrative operations
  • Ensure compliance with all educational policies, regulations, and standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (native-level proficiency preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with American and/or British curriculum frameworks
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful school leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership and staff development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build positive school culture and support diverse learners
