About the Role

BotMind Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of its insurance AI Assistant Platform. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The role involves hands-on implementation and close collaboration with the AI Lead to define the platform's engineering direction.

The technology combines state-of-the-art large language models with company-specific data through Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance insurer productivity, expedite claims and underwriting processes, and improve customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline.
• Lead prompt engineering and model evaluation efforts.
• Develop and maintain APIs for AI services.
• Orchestrate AI workflows across the platform.
• Support deployment and ensure production readiness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
